1. Scope & Operator

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases and use of the website www.airbeauty.com, operated by AIR BEAUTY Tech GmbH, Torstrasse 125, 10119 Berlin, Germany ("AIR BEAUTY"). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products & Pre-Orders

Prototype & Pre-Production Status

AIR BEAUTY products are currently available as pre-orders. The product shown is a fully functional prototype; the final production design may differ slightly. We will communicate any significant changes to pre-order customers before shipping.

Founding Member Pre-Order

Pre-orders placed during the Founding Member campaign are subject to the following:

The pre-order price of €100 reflects a €150 discount from the anticipated retail price
Full payment is taken at the time of ordering
Founding Members receive priority fulfilment, exclusive production updates, and VIP access to our launch event
Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated via email

3. Ordering & Contract Formation

By completing the checkout process, you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion.

All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely by our payment provider. AIR BEAUTY does not store your full payment details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. AIR BEAUTY is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at touch@airbeauty.com before the 14-day period expires.

7. Warranty & Liability

We warrant that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIR BEAUTY's liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, logos, and design — is the property of AIR BEAUTY Tech GmbH or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
