1. Cancellation of Pre-Orders

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your order has shipped and receive a full refund, no questions asked.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period:

  • The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email at touch@airbeauty.com.

3. Effects of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you withdraw from the contract after receiving the product:

  • We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

  • We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned product or you have provided proof of return.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Returns After Delivery (EU Consumers)

Returned products must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition and packaging

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

5. Delays or Non-Delivery

If there is a significant delay in production or delivery, we will inform you as soon as possible.

If production cannot be completed or delivery becomes impossible, you will be offered a full refund.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days after:

  • Approval of the cancellation, or

  • Receipt of the returned product, where applicable

7. Non-EU Customers

If you are placing an order from outside the European Union, different consumer protection rules may apply.

Pre-Orders (Non-EU)

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

  • Once an order has shipped, refunds are generally not available unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Shipping, Duties & Taxes (Non-EU)

  • Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local authorities.

Returns (Non-EU)

  • If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Returned products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

We aim to be fair and transparent and may review individual cases at our discretion.
