At AIR BEAUTY, we stand behind everything we make. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. This policy explains your rights and how to request a return, cancellation, or refund.

Pre-Order Cancellations

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your order has been dispatched for a full refund. Once your order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

• Contact us at touch@airbeauty.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your name, order number, and intent to withdraw.

• Return the product in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price (including original shipping costs) within 14 days, using your original payment method.

Returns for Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Include photos of the defect and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been used and are not defective
• Products returned without original packaging where packaging is materially damaged by the customer
• Digital products or downloadable content
