3. Pre-Orders
3.1 Nature of Pre-Orders
Products offered on our website may be available as pre-orders. A pre-order allows you to reserve a product that is not yet in production or not yet available for immediate delivery.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:
Production has not yet begun at the time of pre-order
Delivery dates or timelines, if provided, are estimates only and non-binding
3.2 Conclusion of Contract
A binding contract is formed when you complete the pre-order process and receive an order confirmation from us.
3.3 Pricing & VAT
All prices are shown in EUR.
If VAT is applicable and our VAT registration is active, prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
If VAT registration is pending at the time of pre-order, VAT will be applied and invoiced once VAT registration is completed, in accordance with applicable law.
3.4 Payment
Payment for pre-orders is due at the time of placing the pre-order. Payments are processed via third-party payment providers.
3.5 Changes to the Product
The product shown on the website may include images or descriptions of a working prototype.
We reserve the right to make minor design, material, or aesthetic changes prior to production, provided that the core functionality and intended use of the product remain unchanged.
3.6 Delays & Availability
Production and delivery timelines may change due to factors beyond our control. In the event of significant delays, we will inform you promptly.
If production cannot be completed, you will be notified and offered a full refund.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment and receive a full refund.
Once the product has shipped, standard return and withdrawal rights apply in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
